Can not right-click in a windows explorer folder to convert mp3 files

I have always been able to right click and convert chosen mp3 files to convert bit rate.

The option no longer shows up in the windows explorer windows. I went into the configuration panel and checked and the box IS checked off.

I am running version 15.0.0.10.

Please advise.

Unistall dBpoweramp, reboot windows, then reinstall.

I uninstalled, then rebooted, then reinstalled and nothing. I can not right click on files and convert them still.

If you right click on a Wave file (or flac file) it shows Convert To?

It does not show convert to for ANY music file....

If you right click on a file >> Properties

There is a Audio Properties tab and ID Tag Tab?

Neither are there.

To change anything on an audio file, I have to open the Properties Tab on a right click.

Which Windows do you have? 64 bit?

Can not Rigght Click and convert files.

I need an answer on this TODAY, or I will have to shop for a new product.

Waiting days for answers in not working for me. I have to build a music drive back up after a crash.

The program will not me right click and convert any mp3 files. I need to get this done ASAP.

Is support available directly?

All support is provided through the forum. For which file type does it not allow right click >> Convert To?

Have you tried reinstalling dBpoweramp?

You can also run Batch Converter to start conversions.

Cannot Right Click and convert MP3 files

The program will not allow me to convert mp3 files on a right click.

The setting are checked off, and the program was reinstalled and nothing!

Update to R15.2 please, it is the latest release.

I installed that version and I still can not right click on any music files and convert them.

Edit Id tag is missing also from the mp3 right click?
