Error msg: Unable to load encoder 'Audio CD'

I cannot seem to rip (copy) an audio cd or convert any audio files to Audio CD format. I get the error message

Error converting to Audio CD. Error: Unable to load encoder 'Audio CD'. [dBCoreConverter::dBCoreConverter]

Does anyone know what I need to do? I am running the most current release 15.1 (registered).

    Thank you.

Yes, I want to create an audio CD from mp3 files, and at times I also want to create a copy of an existing CD. I am not able to do either because of the error message I receive.

        See:

CD Writer is not compatible with the 64 bit version of dBpoweramp, view details here how to force dBpoweramp to install 32 bits (which is compatible with CD Writer):
