Moving dBpoweramp to a new computer

This may not be the correct place to put this message, but I could not find any other location that might be appropriate.

I own dBpoweramp Reference R14.2. It is on a Windows XP Pro (32 bit) computer. I have just purchased a Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) computer, and want to install dBpoweramp on it. I read one of the threads which said I needed to use R15 for a 64 bit computer.

    Two questions:
    1. How & where do I get a copy of R15?
    2. I have an order number, but I don't see that I have a serial number. If I need something other than the order number for the program to operate properly, where do I get it?

    Thanks,

    Harry

Your R14 will work fine on the 64 bit machine, it will install though as 32 bit.

If you wanted to upgrade to R15, log into your registration (with order number):

And follow the offer link to upgrade.

      Spoon:

Thank you for the info and link.

Reading the Change log, it appears that there have been lots of fixes and improvements since my 14.2. But I really don't want to lose CD Ripper.

I also read on another thread how you install the 32 bit version of 15. If I do that, will I still have use of CD Ripper?

      Thanks,

      Harry

You would not lose CD ripper, it is in every version of dBpoweramp.
