FLAC to MP3 file allocation help

New to this so please forgive my ignorance.
I have an existing music library which is in mp3 format.
I am now in the process of taking all my cd's and ripping them to FLAC and putting them in a seperate music library/folder.
Everything is good when converting from cd to FLAC ie it creates a folder containing artist,album,title etc.
However when i try to covert those FLAC files to mp3 and set the destination to my mp3 library, it just dumps the files into the mp3 music folder. Is the software able to take an album eg The Cure, add it to the cure file in my exsisiting mp3 music library, then create a subfile which would be the album name which would contain the individual mp3 tracks.
I have looked he naming convention and it seems to be set so it should do that but dos not.

Select Dynamic Naming and choose:

[origpath]\[origfilename]

thanks for getting back to me.
I have tried that and it puts the converted mp3 into myFLAC folder not where i wish which is my mp3 library.
So rather than f: drive\music\flac\thecure\disintegration (which is where it has put the music)
i want f: drive\music\mp3\thecure\disintegration.

What convention would i put for that?

You would set the folder to:

f:\music\mp3\

and dynamic to:

[trimfirstfolder][trimfirstfolder][origpath][][]\[origfilename]
