Hi-Res Downsampled for Sonos Listening

Anyone with a recommendation of settings for down sampling hi-res downloads (24/96 or 24/192...) for listening on Sonos. I have a number of FLAC files where I have purchased a higher-resolution version, but want to place an standard 16/44 version on my NAS to play through SONOS. Just not sure of any of the specific options like dithering, etc.

Use Triangular dither, and the DSP Effects Resample and Bitdepth (bitdepth last)
