I want to normalize a folder with mp3 files with different bitrates without changing the bitrate. Is that possible?

It is, though unfortunately not with dBpowerAMP Music Converter.
A program that will do it is MP3Gain from http://www.geocities.com/mp3gain/ - it's a little slow, but it will normalise all of your MP3s without any loss of quality.[size=2][b]Neil T :)[/b]
