How do you upload album listing to freedb

I've just finished editing a new double album's mp3 tags and because it's not available on freedb I want to be able to make it available to everyone else

In music converter, click the little arrow to the right of the FreeDB logo, and choose the submit option.

Sorry but I don't see a FreeDB logo anywhere - I'm new to dBpowerAMP and Music Converter - only used it for converting mp3's etc

Can you be more specific please
