How do I re-install purchased dBPA

I bought dBPOwerAmp last year.
I have a new laptop and was wondering if I can put on my new laptop as well?
What do I need to copy and what .exe file would I run to install (if allowed)?

I've looked everywhere and can't find answer?
Am I allowed to put it on another pc in my possession?
