R15 dBpa Convert fail on MP3 created by dBpa

On the MP3 created from the attached WMA thus: , "Convert to" any other format e.g. fails with the error:

Error converting to Wave, 'C:\temp\DOpus metadata test\file.mp3' to 'C:\temp\DOpus metadata test\file.wav'
   Error valid mp3 frame not found.  [clsmpeg123::Init]

Any plans for a fix?
