Can't use installable codecs on R15

I downloaded R15 and installed over my R14 install, but when I ran the Config, none of my codecs were in there except the default ones.

So Then I uninstalled everything, rebooted, and reinstalled R15 as well as my codecs, but they're still now showing up as installed!

The 64 bit release of dBpoweramp will only work correctly with 64 bit codecs. In Codec Central the codecs which are indicated as 32 bit only will not work with the 64 bit version of dBpoweramp. CD Writer CD Writer cannot be compiled to 64 bit, it is 32 bit only.
