Embedded album art not included in the conversion, from WMA to FLAC & mp3

I am new to dB poweramp, so there is probably something simple I am missing. The embedded album art is not included in the conversion, I am multi converting from WMA to FLAC and mp3.
I am using “ID Tag Processing” export and import, both set to Folder.jpg, I am also using Folder.jpg preserve. Neither action seams to do the trick. Any ideas?
Not sure if it matters but, the WMA files have album art appearing in Windows media, but not when I right click – edit id-tag.

Is the album art already a folder.jpg in the music folders or embedded? It may be that the art is in a windows media player database and NOT in folder or embedded. This is how iTunes works too. But one can run a program to automatically embed the art from the iTunes database so other programs can see it.

Yes it is embedded. I formerly used Windows Media mostly, iTunes occasionally. Is their a program that will create a folder.jpg from embedded wma files and m4a files?

dBpoweramp will export if there is art in the files, right click on an WMA file >> Edit ID Tags, if there is art it will show at the bottom of the tag editor.
