Fraunhofer IIS mp3 R2 codec not working with dBpoweramp R15

I've just upgraded to dBpoweramp R15 in my Windows 8.1 x64 PC and noticed that the Fraunhofer codec is not being recognized anymore. I tried to re-install it, but no success.

I believe this codec doesn't support 64bits yet. If so, any plan to update it? If not, any work around procedure?

So the Fraunhofer mp3 codec isn't getting an update, right? What about the remaining codecs as well?
