Upgrading dbpoweramp music converter

I have just purchased a new pc running Windows 7 whereas the pc disposed of run Windows XP.
I hve been using dbpoweramp converter for many years and wish to use it on my new pc. However on using the upgrade menu and running registration retrieval successfully, (entering the Swreg Order Number etc) I am still unable to run the software, any tips would be gratefully received
