    MP3 showing artist and title.

    Hi

I have ripped some CDs to mp3 using dBpower amp,

When I play there MP3 in a car stero the tilte is shown on some tracks and not others.

I wondered why this is and what I can do to show them.

Interesting when I check the file properties................ in the general tab it has the artist tilte and song title. When I check the ID tag tab the file name is Artist - Song title but still they do not all shown on the MP3 player.

    Kind regards

The problem is most likely in the ID3 V1 or V2 confusion. Your car may see one, but not the other.

Play the MP3 file with WinAmp and see if both tags are present. If not, create (copy) one to the other.

In the dMC Configuration program set it to 'Never V2' as everything reads v1.
