Problems with wav IMA ADPCM 22.050 kHz 4 bit Stereo converter

As the title says, I am trying to convert from .mp3 to compressed .wav using the format IMA ADPCM with 22.050kHz, 4 bit stereo.
After converting the files, I noticed that the files are unusually small in size. Also, the play-time on the files is 0:00.

Any idea how to make it work?

Try using DSP effects to match the sample rate, so use Resample set to 22050 Hz

Tried using Resampler. Still wouldn't work :/
