cd drives not seen

In converter, no files are shown even though I have a cd in the drive. Under options, no cd drives are shown. How do I configure dbpoweramp to recognize my cd drives? :( (They are currently labeled 'f' and 'g' drives in Windows XP.) I also still get the following error message when I first go to converter: "The CODEC required to decompress 'F:\Track01.cda' could not be opened.Unable to access CD Drive 'F:\Track01.cda'"

please help!

Try Audio CD Input >> Options >> Advanced and set Communication to 'NT/2000 Built in (Limited)'
