On the error page you clicked 'copy to clipboard?' and pasted the error message above?

I ask because some of the values do not look right.

yes, I am sending the error message again

Error converting to Wave, 'C:\Users\lene\Videos\Pe´ricles Se Eu Largar O Freio OFICIAL.mp3' to 'C:\Users\lene\Music\Convertidas\Pe´ricles Se Eu Largar O Freio OFICIAL.wav'
Wave Encoder: Error Converting from 'Format Tag: 1 Channels: 2 Bits per Sample: 16 Samples Per Second: 48000 Bytes Per Second: 192000 Block Align: 4 CB Size: 0' to 'Format Tag: 85 Channels: 2 Bits per Sample: 0 Samples Per Second: 8000 Bytes Per Second: 2250 Block Align: 1 CB Size: 12'

I get to convert in PCM, but in MPEG Layer 3, I don't get to convert, and when I get to convert, the music is with 0 bytes

On the wave compression page select

        Wave-mp3

        (not compressed)

I need to convert compressed, because the size is smaller.
I tried uncompressed, but the size is very big.
How do I do to do that conversion, did I buy something what cannot use?

Wave-mp3 is compressed, I meant by (not compressed) as do not select the 'Compressed' option to make a wave mp3 file, instead select wav-mp3

Re: No converting MP3 to wav

ok, selecting wave-mp3 works correctly, the problem is just in converting mp3-wave, in fact, when the error message doesn't come and I get to convert the music, the music is with size 0

              How can I solve that?

Re: No converting MP3 to wav

You do not need to solve it, selecting Wave-mp3 gives you an mp3 compressed wave file, set your desired bitrate that is all you need to do.

how does the manufacturer sell a program that doesn't work? I need and I want to convert mp3 to wav (compressed), because to the opposite, like you he says, the size is very big, I want small files, to put the music in emails formatting, I bought the program for that. If the manufacturer sells with that function, he needs to work, used to buy useless things.
                  Is there solution?

Re: No converting MP3 to wav

Wave files come in 2 types Uncompressed and compressed. If you have an uncompressed song stored in a wave file it will be 30MB, if you select wave-mp3 is it stored as compressed, you can select a bit rate of 64kbps and the final size will be about 1MB, 30 times smaller than uncompressed.

                    >how does the manufacturer sell a program that doesn't work?

The part which is not working for you is if you specifically select Compressed and choose an ACM codec from that list, these are installed with your operating system, we have no control over them, if it is not working then I do not think you can get it to work, but it is all accademic because we can bypass all this and write mp3 files directly into wave files (with the wave-mp3 option), so there is no need for you to try.

sad, because for me 1MB are still a very big, necessary size to convert the music even at the most 500 kb, I uninstalled the product with all of the codecs, I cleaned the registration, and I installed him/it again, the error message, doesn't appear plus, however when trying to convert, compressed MPEG Layer 3, the music is with size 0.
When I just had the version trial, the program perfectly worked, when it stopped working, I solved buy him thinking that is the problem, but was not...

If you want a smaller file, select a smaller bit rate, 32kbps will be 500KB, 16kbps will be 250KB, 8kbps will be 100KB
