FLAC & MP3 simultaneous rips?

I've just bought a Zoneripper Max to replace my previous RipNAS. Can I set it up so that when ripping a CD, it will put a FLAC copy in one folder, and an MP3 copy in another?

I think you can yes, if you open up the dashboard to connect to the WHS console, and click on RipNAS tab, then change the encoder to multi-encoder
