.snd to .wav?

I’m trying to covert a .snd file to a .wav file and I keep getting this message “The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\My Documents\mpc drums\BASS_TW0.SND' could not be opened. I went back and down loaded the codec for .snd but that converts files to .snd. I need .snd to .wave. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

Hi Ryan,

The built-in support for reading .snd files is for the mp2 variant (as used
in radio automation systems like Dalet).

There are 2 codecs which can be downloaded for .snd files, one for
mp2-style (Dalet) and one for Next/Sun-style .snd's.

Have you downloaded and installed the correct codec?
