Popupinfo with ogg

I have tried using DMC to convert mp3 to ogg, used option to delete mp3 after. Running XP professional. after conversion I find that if I go to file the DMC popupinfo.exe crashes and wants to send report to MS. If I disable popupinfo in explorer then OK but enable again and problem reappears. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but problem, persists.

It appears to be a problem with ogg tags as tag editor also gives same problems - but I can edit the tags ok in winamp.
