unable to convert to wave

Hi,

I am unable to convert to wav from any format. Also unable to exit convet window. The time elapsed counter keeps ticking, but the percentage meter stays at zero. Running win98SE with all the updates on the system updates page. Installed the MPEG.exe file to see if that would help. It didn't. Incidentally, I am able to convert from wav to mp3. What's going on? Try clicking on the "To CD quality" button before conversion, this will
make sure that you are writing a linear WAV (as opposed to a compressed
format via the Windows ACM).
