DB crash after mp3 lame conversion

Hey there, i just downloaded DB Poweramp music convertor. It`s great a was looking for such a program like this for a long time. I only have one problem with it. When i convert from an .ogg file to .mp3 (lame) the program crashes when the conversion is finished. then microsoft asks me to send / not send the report. Also i can`t convert more than 1 file from .ogg to .mp3 (lame) because of this error ? After the program crashes and shuts down the music file that i converted is ok and working. Can somebody help me get rid of this error / problem.

It is when transferring the ID Tags, switch off preserve tags. If you could send me the ogg file I can look at what is crashing:
