Conwert from WMA to Flac

i purchased the poweramp today and try to cowert from wma to flac. i get the wma albums up in the left window from a harddriwe but here it stops. how do i get the album over to the right side of the screen. could anyone give an explaination in dummys Version i would be happy.

The left hand window (of batch converter) lists drives and folders, the right hand window lists files.

You have to make sure you have installed the WMA Codec from codec central (link above).
