Errors converting from flac to mp3

I have had a problem converting this one album ripped in flac, and converting from the flac files to mp3

The message reads; Error converting to mp3, Error writing audio data to StdIn Pipe [dEncoder::EncodeBlock]

The mp3 files are created along with album art thumbnail, but I cannot open the files in any player, & the original metadata that I can see when hovering my mouse over the flac files, is not in the mp3 files.

The file names of the individual songs are a bit long, & so is the album title, but I had tried renaming editing in mp3 tag, but this did not work, I still get this error message.

What is the bits, frequency and channels of the flac file?

The files are 44.1 khz, sample rate, 16 bit sample size, with a bit rate of 1,411 kbps, with 2 channels stereo.

the flac files were ripped with default compression level 5

I looked at another album ripped & from what I can see most of my albums ripped in flac have these settings, and converting to mp3 poses no problem.

Which security software do you use?

I believe I have Microsoft security essentials running, can this be interfering with the conversion?

I tried, but my e-mail would not, it exceeds the file size limit to e-mail.

On another note, I went in loaded my flc files into mp3 tag, & removed a metadata filed, & tried another reconvert to mp3, it worked all except for one file, which converted with an error, & the result was the whole song did not convert, only the 1st 50 seconds.

Tags should not affect it. If you have one of the original files please upload to dropbox and we will pickup from there.
