Actually none of the changes would change dBpoweramps implementation (as the changes are to flac.exe and we use the library direct)...

Spoon is it possible to use external flac.exe as well, like mp3, without using cli encoder? This will be better for future updates so we can update right away by replacing the .exe once compiled version gets released. Thanks

Why you don't want to use the CLI encoder? Once you built your own command line for use of flac.exe, this works flawless. And you could change the underlying flac.exe as you wish...
