Cda - Mp3?

Do i need a codec to convert .cda - .mp3? because when i try to do it, it says i need a codec, or the codec could not be found.

ie: The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Track03.cda' could not be opened.
.CDA files can only be converted from a CD Drive, not a hard disk.

Then when i try to do it from the CD Drive:

The CODEC required to decompress 'D:\Track01.cda' could not be opened.
Unable to access CD Drive 'D:\Track01.cda'

Try using the 'Audio CD Input' program, also if you are using Windows 2000, or XP you need to be logged on as administrator.
