    Converting to wav

Hi! I just have a quick question about converting to wav. Most of my music collection is made up of HD music - 24 bit 96 khz FLAC for example. When i want to convert it to standart CD wave audio for my smartphone - 16 bit 44.1 Khz, which setting should i use in the channel drop down menu for best quality - as source, or 2 stereo? :smile2:

2 Channel to be sure it is in the correct format for your smartphone.

Does the 2 channel setting also apply if I want to play these 16 bit files on my Stereo System at home vie usb for example? And also do these settings affect the quality of the .wav file that's created?

If your source files are 2 channel then the results are the same. If at home you have a 5.1 system and you have 5.1 files, then you would not use the 2 channel option.
