I went to upgrade from 14.2 to 14.4. Since I did not remember my order number I did an order number lookup. 5 previous order numbers were provided and I did not know which one was right one (most current) so I clicked on each one left to right. Nope, nope, nope, nope...your locked out of our registration retrieval database due to excessive lookups.
If I'm provided 5 orders and need to check on each one to figure out the right one how can I check all 5 if you lock me out after 4? Unfortunately it was probably the last one I was about to check but now I'm locked out. Seems like a process that needs an adjustment. It would be beneficial to be able to hide old orders, group orders from latest to oldest or at least show product ordered under each order number so I can immediately pick the right one. So now I need to wait 30 minutes to try again?
