Batch Converter Unfinished Folders Temp Files

I ripped all my CD collection into FLAC and then tried to convert all of the folders to AAC.
Most of the folders converted properly except for some of them. The batch music converter show the status as finished, but I still have in the folder all the TMP files. The TMP files are not appended to the AAC files and finalized. What can cause this? I tried many times only on the folders that don't convert properly and every time I get the same result.

When I convert using LAME to MP3 it does it correctly, it is just when I use AAC.

    Help will be appreciated.

Can you give an example of these temp files? (One file name + path)

After playing for a while I finally found what is causing it!!!! Looks like a Bug.
It only happens if the Album name, Artist name or song name contains an ampersand "&"

      Example:
      Artist: Asia
      Album: Then & Now
Songs after finished show like this:
      03/02/2013 06:36 AM 193,117 01 Only Time Will Tell.aac

      03/02/2013 06:35 AM 9,307,983 12ME&M~1.AAC.tmp

So if the Album Title contains an ampersand, then all the songs are not finalized.
If the album contain a song that have an ampersand in the name, then that song is not renamed.
And if an artist name have an ampersand like 'Hall & Oates' all the songs are not renamed either.

Will this help? It only happens when I convert from FLAC to AAC.
This is the Dynamic formula I use for the folders: [IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][]\[album][IFMULTI]\Disc [disc][]\[track] [title]

Normally for AAC the m4a Nero (AAC) codec is used (which puts AAC inside the m4a container).
