CBR or VBR ?

Always been a bit unsure which to use for converting/ripping audio to, mainly concerts, if i had to use mp3[for storage ease] which is best to use ?

VBR, as that has algorithms for increasing bitrate just when the signal is so complex that it is needed.
(That is, unless the material is so strange that it fools the VBR algorithm.)

And, unless you insist on 320. In which case you should consider lossless instead.
