I downloaded the OggVorbis codec (from here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-ogg-vorbis.htm) and get this message when I try to open. Any advice?

Been using and appreciating dbPowerAmp for years! :D

You have only downloaded part of the install, clear the internet cache and redownload.

Did so. Twice. Same message. The internet here in West Africa is horrible. I may try another time and it may work.
