runtime error

tried to convert 382 files
Examining Source & Overwrite check (+ ) moving over and stops.

Runtime Error!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way, Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I was able to convert maybe 20K files but program lost ability to convert large numbers of files. Tried new destination directory to limit number of comparisons but did not help.

Only 382 files, not 382K files? It is possible you have a file which has tagging errors which is causing the crash, if you can isolate which file it is we are keen to have this file for examination.
