error report

hi all.ive just started using dbpowerAMP and it converts well.only problem is it keeps closing after each conversion and i get the microsoft error report coming up'also it crashes after only 1 file conversion when i select multiple files.still does the job just a pain having to keep restarting programme.running win xp by the way.any ideas folks,thanks


all sorted out,unchecked the preserve id tag box n its ok now

Converting which format to what? if you wanted to send me a file that crashes I could probabbly strengthen the tagging.
