Use the converter recursively

How do I call this very nice tool by an script, so I will be able to convert all mp3 files in complete folder hierarchie (call the tool recursively).
E.g. call the tool/dll from a another script

Well, you could always use File Selector a very neat little tool to encode multiple folders of files. It can be found here
