Power pack installation reports corruption

I've just purchased the power pack and downloaded it from the link supplied in my email receipt but...

I get a 415Kb file that, when executed, reports that it is corrupt and will not install. I've downloaded it 3 times and also used the https link.

In dmc configuration it reports that the power pack trial has expired.

I'm running Win2K SP3.

I replied to the email but it was bounced back, as was the support email address given on this site. This appears to be the only way of getting support?

Thanks but that doesn't work either

I got a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) from postmaster@docksystemsinc.com when I tried sending to that address. You lot are hard to contact! Please advise.
