Have you omitted the filename? or does it specifically say CONVERTING" IGNORE

    (nothing between '')

No, I just went and checked. It gives the file name and location between the '' marks. I am totally stumped with this.

          It says:

          ERRORS WHILST CONVERTING

The output file 'D:\Music\2003\Drift Away.IGNORE' could not be opened.

I came back to edit this because after poking around CD-Writer a bit I noticed it looked a bit odd. I think it may be corrupted. The menu bar across the top is all mixed up and icons are mixed in with one another and stuff. Can I download another copy and install it without having to pay AGAIN? I think it might be worth a try. You know like a process of elimination kind of thing.
