Converting high quality MP3

Hi there,
I'm wondering is there any special settings to convert FLAC/WAV files to high quality MP3?
Is it possible to change Encoder Settings to '%s %d -V 0 --vbr-new -b 192 -B 320'

vbr new is used by all latest lame encoders by default. Selecting VBR -V 0 using the VBR slider should give the results you want.
