No audio files selected for conversion error

When running the batch convertor or regular convertor, neither program can see any files in any folders - local drives, mapped drives and UNC paths. I've set the filter to include all types and the files themselves are flac or wav.

Anyone have any ideas?

turned off has the same result.

If you right click on one of your audio files, do you get convert to on the menu?
