cd burner

I am first time user needing to listen to my wave files on my car cd player. I used your cd burner and It seemed to go flawlesly and the burner even said completed succesfuly. However the CD shows up on my computer as an audio cd but can not be played on my computer or car stereo please advise

If you look in explorer and right click on the CD drive and select 'Play' does it play?

Yes it does but that is the only way it plays:(

It is likely your Car CD player does not like the disc type and it cannot read the data from it. You are best to try different makes of CD-R, different colors until you find one that works.
