24 Bit WAV to FLAC

I would like to stream my SACDs through a Logitech Transporter. Since I am unaware of any way to rip SACDs, I plan on recording them from the analog output of my SACD player. I'm looking at digital recorders and the formats one recorder I'm looking at is 24 bit WAV. Can dbPoweramp convert 24 bit WAV to FLAC files?
