converter there when i r-click, but

i re-installed this program after using for about a year now. the reason was that when i r-click & hit "convert to", nothing comes up....why? it worked find b-4...thanks for your time

thanks found it, now do i remove the other converter version or just install this? don't understand why it worked b-4 & can't get to work now. i also seen.....
