Cannot install codes and convert anything

I using Windows XP Pro. I try to install DMC and some codes (rm / asf...). When the codes complete install it show the following message - Can't fine WMCreateSyncReader (xxxxxxx WMVCore.DLL). Also I can't convert anything coz it's show that message again. What can or should I do now??

Install the Big WMAv9 System Files then reboot.
