Cannot convert from cd audio

I have dMC r9 and trial powerpack r3. and wma, ogg, and beta mp4 codecs. I get this error when trying to convert to any format (wav, wma, mp3 ect)...

Reboot and install the latest beta version of dMC over the top (without uninstalling) you can get it 'beta' section in this forum.
