ID3v2.4 Tag Information not showed in Audio Properties & Pop-up Information Tips

Dear Admin,
Audio files ID3v2.4 Tag information not showing in Property sheet 'Audio Properties' page & Pop-up Information Tips. But ID3v2.3 works well. Plz tell the reason & solution.

I am using dBpoweramp R14.2 with Windows XP SP3
