How To Automatically Create New Folder For Converter Files With Same Name As Original

I am just getting started with Music Converter. I will be converting a lot of wav music files to flac and need to make this go as fast as possible. I want to create a new folder for the flac files and not add them to the wav folders. The dialog box makes it easy to create a new folder. However one must then manually name the folder. Is there a way to do this automatically? If so please tell me how. It is going to take a long time to manually name all the folders. The folder name is usually the album name. Perhaps a formula in the "dynamic" box can be used. I have not yet learned how to do that. If there is written guidance about this please direct me. I will appreciate any help you can give me.

Select dynamic and try something like:

[artist]\[album]
