Converting audio files to AMR/AWB format

Is there a codec available to convert files to AMR/AWB (Adaptive Multi-Rate Audio) in dbPowerAMP? I can't find any reference to AMR in Codec Central I have dbPowerAMP Reference, but have found a need for this. Anybody have an idea or codec?

There is no codec.
