Periodic Zero-length Tracks converting from WMA lossless to FLAC

Hey, thanks for an awesome product! I'm using the batch converter to move a lot of files from WMA lossless to FLAC (8). Every now and then the resulting track is zero length, and typically about 1/8 the size or less of a properly converted file. It's happening maybe once every 3 albums - so not infrequent enough not to matter. I can't find any pattern to the files that don't work (they play fine as WMA).

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong or could try? I was initially ripping across a network but went to local - no difference.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

There is nothing to configure for wma, it will be microsofts own library which is failing to decode the wma audio, wmp uses a different library though...
