Update every version of ogg

I've looked here and on other boards but I couldn't find anything precise.

I am playing with ogg right now because of a game I am developing for iOS and I'd like to use this encoder for my musics. How do I update every version of the ogg encoder on dBpoweramp to the latest version (ogg, aoTuV SSE and aoTuV SSE3)?

The ones we have in Codec central are the latest we have available.

How do I manually update SSE and SSE3? I also don't know which dll to get for the normal ogg.

I got the .exe and .dlls from RareWares but I don't know which is SSE and which SSE3, also I can't find the 1.3.3 .dll to overwrite.
