    ID Tags

I recently purchased dMC so I could convert my CDs (WAV files) to FLAC files.

The files are converting correctly, but they contain no ID tags. I am manually having to type in the artist, album, song, track number, etc. because those fields are blank. This is very time consuming and frustrating.

Unless your wave files had tags, the FLAC files would not either, our converter only passes on existing tags.

I agree with you,ID tags are your first line of defense, ID tags are the most efficient and affordable way to recover your things in a quick and efficient manner.

Thanks for your help. Turns out it was a problem with Windows Media Player. Once the problem was corrected, the ID tags were transferred during conversion.
