It's a one-time fee. Once you have a valid registration, you can reinstall and re-activate, if you need to.

You would go to the product download page, download the product, enter the registration number when asked, and you'd be able to download the program again with no charge. I've had to do this several times when changing computers and it always works smoothly.

The registration number is sent in the email receipt, such as R1234567
